And there, in a nutshell, is the key to effective weight control. A slim person believes they will be slim, and a fat person believes they will be fat.
What if the fat person could change their belief and somehow come to believe that they really are a slim person, deep down inside?
Would that work? Is it even possible? Could it even be easy? The answer is yes.
And surprisingly, it doesn’t matter what you eat! You don’t have to give up your favourite naughty foods. You don’t have to restrict what you eat, or eat stuff you don’t like, or eat mountains of salad, or go to the gym, or exercise unless you want to.
Now, I am not suggesting that some of those things are not good for you. For your health’s sake, you should eat the best food you can. And include some extra movement into your day to keep your body strong. But the only thing that really matters is your beliefs.
All you need to do is change your beliefs. Then, losing weight will happen automatically for you as your body decides that it wants to be slim.
